Polish privatization: Zakład Przemysłu Odzieżowego “CORA-TEX” w Krasnymstawie S.A.

A written open public tender will b held in order to sell the shares of the company “CORA-TEX” S.A.
The core business activity of the Company is the manufacture of outer clothing for men and women, including overcoats, woolen jackets, waterproof jackets, thermal insulation jackets, and, to a lesser extent, ladies clothing (jackets, skirt suits and vests). The CORA-TEX has been presented in the Polish market since 1972. The Company has a fully equipped machine system for designing and manufacturing.



The deadline for submitting offers expires on 15 March 2010 at 12 noon.
