Polish Privatization: Elektromontaz Poznan S.A.

Elektromontaz Poznan SA is a manufacturing and service company that makes electric energy switchgears and control gears. The company has no bank loans and claims excellent liquidity.

The tender is open to sell 4,992,363 ordinary registered share for a single buyer that gives a 92.31% percent of commanding majority in the company. The starting price is PLN 79,877,808 (approx €19.8 million or $28.5 million dollars), which is an effective start price of PLN 16.00 for each share.

The privatization deadline is 8 January 2010.
